Love the game, but has some problems

First off, I love this game and the control implementation is wonderful. That said, this game has a few things pushing against it:
1- two different versions of the game, one for iPad and one for iPhone. I purchased the iPhone one because its compatible with both, but still thats kinda weak. Id rather be able to access full resolution of my iPad instead of scaling it without having to buy the app again. Many developers have shown that this is possible.
2- price is a bit steep for an iOS app.
3- cloud saves I started on my iPad are not being picked up on my iPhone. No idea why this is but it is very unfortunate, kinda ruins the whole point of mobile gaming considering I want to play on any device any time.

3 stars because price for quality is a bit lacking. It makes a few promises that it hasnt backed up for me yet.
